Abstract

* The export value of South Sumatra in April 2016 increased by 9.44 percent compared to March 2016. However, when compared to the same period in 2015 (January - April 2015) exports of South Sumatra Province decreased by 33.72 percent.

* The export value of South Sumatra Province in April 2016 was US $ 162.56 million consisting of oil and gas exports of US $ 14.85 million and US $ 147.70 million from exports of non-oil and gas commodities.

* The import value of South Sumatra in April 2016 was US $ 46.92 million or a decrease of 75.55 percent compared to March 2016.

* Imports of South Sumatra Province in April 2016 amounted to US $ 46.92 million consisting of oil and gas imports of US $ 1.44 million and non-oil and gas revenues of US $ 45.48 million.
