Abstract

* The number of foreign tourists visiting foreign tourists in South Sumatra through the entrance of Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport in Palembang in June 2016 was 575 people. The number of tourists who came to South Sumatra in June 2016 decreased by 52.12 percent compared to May 2016.

* Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in South Sumatra in June 2016 reached an average of 48.95 percent, down 9.23 points compared to the hotel TPK in May 2016 of 58.18 percent. Meanwhile, if observed according to hotel classification, it turns out that in June 2016 ROR for one-star hotels reached 69.19 percent and was the highest TPK compared to other star-rated hotels.

* The average length of stay of foreign guests in June 2016 is 3.99 days, an increase of 1.07 days compared to the average length of stay of foreign guests in May 2016. While the average length of stay of guests of Nusantara / Domestic on the month June 2016 decreased by 0.40 days compared to the average length of stay of domestic guests in May 2016.
