Abstract

The number of passenger departures using air transportation in May 2023 was 134,194 people, up 20.65 percent, and the number of arriving passengers was 116,018 people, down 4.87 percent.
The number of passenger departures using domestic sea transportation modes in May 2023 was 1,375 people, down 62.97 percent, and the number of arriving passengers was 1,250 people, down 72.52 percent. Sea freight loading and unloading activities in the January-May 2023 period rose 14.63 percent to 2,659,211 tons.
The number of passengers using the rail transportation mode in May 2023 was 76,665 people, an increase of 2.90 percent. During the January-May 2023 period the number of passengers increased by 47.87 percent compared to the same period in 2022.
