National development ultimately leads to people's welfare as mandated by The Constitution of The Republic Indonesia of 1945. Interpretation of people's welfare itself is a multi-perspective thing. Various types of indicators are offered by many parties in the hope that they can illustrate the principles of well-being both quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitatively, welfare is interpreted as achieving the value of a targeted statistic.
