Abstract

The number of passenger departures by air transportation in August 2024 was 124,207 people or down 2.24 percent, and the number of passenger arrivals was 123,527 people or down 10.44 percent.
The number of passenger departures by domestic sea transportation in August 2024 was 858 people or down 52.07 percent, and the number of passenger arrivals was 1,048 people or down 34.87 percent. The loading and unloading activity of sea transportation goods in August 2024 increased by 0.58 percent to 300,992 tons.
The number of passengers using rail transportation in August 2024 was 86,395 people or down 4.09 percent. During the January-August 2024 period, the number of passengers increased by 13.22 percent compared to the same period in 2023.
